How to order?
1. Search #JeongdaeGO or #JeongdaeFinds + 'group name' on Twitter.
2. Fill out the form and submit your order/s.
3. Check your inbox for the order confirmation emal and send your payment with proof.
4. Wait for your order/s to arrive in the Philippines within four (4) to twelve (12) weeks.
Is COD available?
» COD is available for on hand items. However, I will still be selective on buyers to avoid vulnerability of losses and failed deliveries.
Are your items for pre-order or on hand?
» Most items are pre-ordered from South Korea although there are extra stocks for on hand posted in Twitter and Shopee.

GENERAL POLICY
» Before placing an order, you must be 100% sure that you will be able to pay on time.
» Minors must request for their parent's or guardian's consent before purchasing.
» The buyer is required to provide correct information upon processing the order. I will not be held accountable for any inaccurate information provided by the client.
» I have the right to decline any order/s and/or disclose a buyer's information who shows unpleasant attitude towards me and/or proven as a fake client.
» Please be guided that order and payment confirmations will reflect in the masterlist within 5 to 14 business days.
» Failure to claim ready-to-ship order/s within 45 business days will be voided and the payment is non-refundable.

PAYMENT
» Strictly pay the total amount of your order/s on or before the given due date.
» Late payment fee will be charged 20 pesos per day, invalid reasons will not be considered.
» Down payments or installments are not allowed unless stated on the order details. If granted, down payments are non-refundable.
» Cancellation of orders will only be allowed for unexpected emergencies yet you will still be 50% of your total amount of orders.
» Buyers who failed to pay for their order will be automatically blacklisted and considered as bogus buyers.

SHIPPING
» Take note that all items under normal ETA will arrive within four (4) to twelve (12) weeks after the cargo box has been released from South Korea.
» The given ETA is subject to change as there might be delays from the shipping couriers, supplier/s and customs.
» Shipping fee rates always vary per location and courier therefore I can only provide the estimated price.
» Shipping fee can be paid before or upon delivery via same day delivery couriers, Shopee checkout or GogoXpress courier.
